- 1.5 cup(s) couscous
- 2.25 cup(s) water boiling
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter unsalted
- 0.75 teaspoon(s) salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- In a 9x12 baking dish (pyrex), pour in the couscous in an even layer.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil and place in oven for 10 minutes.
