Pesto Genovese
Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) basil genovese small basil is best
- 2 tablespoon(s) pine nuts
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 0.5 cup(s) olive oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) parmeggiano grated
- 2 tablespoon(s) pecorino grated
- 2 tablespoon(s) water from the pasta pot
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter

Notes
Combine the basil, pine nuts, garlic, oil and salt in a food processor and chop until smooth. Place the mixture in a large bowl and stir in the cheeses. Add the water and butter and stir well.
